The purpose of these workshops is to teach the basics and beyond of the practical aspects of psychotherapy and counselling. They are meant for training exclusively the psychotherapists, psychologists, counsellors, family therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, and mental and family health professionals who are willing to take up the counselling and psychotherapy as their career. Training method will be didactic, practical and interactional. Slide shows, demonstrations, exercises, role plays and viewing of videos of world’s renowned psychotherapists will occupy most of the time. Working with actual clients will be demonstrated whenever available.
